Scottish Elise in Switzerland

A friend of mine saw an Elise MK2, it's look like it's a 135R, BRG with yellow stripes, on last saturday on highway in Switzerland... Car was sold or maintened by "Christopher Neil" and plate number start with "XE....."

Is it anybody here ??

Chris Neil is a Manchester Dealer but XE is not a local reg (also XE .... is not a recognised memory tag by the DVLA - EX would be Chelmsford?) so would guess it was purchased from them s/h.
