It will be the miltek causing the sensors to mis-read the O2 content and register a MIL light.
You can get a modification to these that effectively connects them together so it will never mis-read
Alternatively, you can get an ODB2 reader to reset the MIL light - this is very cheap (£20) from ebay

So without the mod, I assume you'd need to reset the MIL light regularly with ODB2 reader? Is the mod an easy fix? (Excuse my mechnical ignorance)
