dilema 49 er or not!? help

after seeing a S2 type 49 at donny i want one but are they worth the cash as a limited edition? is it much of a step up from a X reg S1? i guess it will be a extra £6k to change any one out there had one, got one?

its like my 72 - a std S2 with a paint job...and not any more money really than a std S2 sports tourer in full spec (think there was £200 difference when new)

if you really like it then get it...obviously depending on price - dont pay any more than you would for an S2 ST of similar age/mileage etc
