Picture in the paper

Someone in our block is selling there flat and the picture in the news paper is basicaly a picture of my car including the number plate with the block of flats in the back ground. Since then we've had the car Egged and a lot more kids hanging around the car at night.
Are they legaly alowed to publish a picture like this without my permission? Or am I just making a fuss about nothing?

I reckon there must be some law that stops you from using peoples cars in pictures. Thats really rude to do that, go round their flat and give them a slap, maybe that won't solve it though.
