Can anyone help? I am hoping to do a track day soon, but don't want to roll up and waste my hard earned when I fail the noise test. (I have a 111s with a de-cat pipe and "sports" exhaust). Is there anywhere, in the south, where I can get tested?

cheers

If it's any help, I have the same setup as you (with a K+N as well) and had no problem passing the noise limit test at Bedford Autodrome.

It would depend a lot on what the "sports" exhaust is.

Some are a bit growly, others are just insanely noisey.

I'll have to investigate the origins of my exhaust a bit more!

You can buy a noise meter for 50 bucks from www.elise-shop.com

Or hire one for 9 notes from www.bookatrack.com
