Ok so I've got an s240 exige and want to tune it. At the moment it's got a stage 3 exhaust, carbon intake and ohilms , next up is the flywheel. I would be happy with 270-280 ish at the wheels what's the best way to get there ???

being realistic, your not going to get there without spending big money and then you will have to find a gearbox that will stand that kind of power/torque.

260 is about it at the moment (before we get into built engines)

depends which 240 setup you have....

start with the basics, like a proper intercooler that works.

ECU will be the fun bit, depending on which one your starting with.

If you want something straight forward at a fixed price then talk to Christopher Neils

http://www.oakmeremotorgroup.co.uk/lotus/offers/vi...

Otherwise someone like Essex Autosport (formerly Sinclaires) will do a good job but could get very expensive as they will offer bigger and better solutions which could be very tempting!

I went to Hanger 111 with mine

now running the 320S kit with charge cooler , and very happy

mine was a progression having owned it from new , from std S to 280S kit to 300S to the 320S kit at the start of this year

This is about as far as you can go without doing the gearbox , but Greg has the kit to do this too

if it was not for a matter of timing , there would also have been the motorsport clutch & LSD fitted as well

needless to say brakes & fettled suspension are a must at this kind of umph
