Sounds suspiciously like a Boxster or could it be a Cayman?
do tell do tell
lol.. right first time..
do tell do tellannoyingly, my future house purchase is probably going to take a little more of my funds that i hoped, so for the time being i have wound back my plans for a 996 or a maserati 4200 and settled for a 3.2s cockstar. i should pick it up tonight.
i just couldn't handle not having something to punt about in when the sun is shining... i may possibly upgrade towards the end of the year.
definitely up for that... just got home with it... what a car!... all the best bits of my previous elises and the tvr with none of the downsides (other than the complete lack of charisma, which goes quite well with my personality)...
the car is an absolute credit to the previous owner (who has had a number of nice toys including a lancia intergrale)... the cosmetic condition is closer to a 3yr old 25k miler and the service book is completely stamped up and accompanied by a massive file of receipts including all old MOT certs and tax discs.
not a bad effort for £8.5k all in.
sure it doesn't have clear lights, bose (which would have been nice tbh) or psm, but it does have hard-backed sports-seats, full leather, a glass-rear screen roof and the onboard computer thingy... it is also running on 17"s rather than 18" turbos or classics, so rides really well.
happy times!
