Anyone know what the recommended running-in period / routine is for the 111R?

Cheers,
Rob

Thanks

Now I need to plan a long drive the weekend I pick it up. "Just popping out for a local newspaper" and coming back with a Scottish Herald (I live in Bristol), that sort of thing

My manual says the usual Lotus stuff about 600mls/1,000kms at half throttle - do not hold for lenghy periods at high revs to allow the rings to bed in, use three quarters of the rev range occasionaly etc.

The manual is the same for 111R and the Exige.

Would that be the official one or the demo running in procedure?

I live in Bristol and am planning a trip up to the Lake District on the weekend of 20th March. Also a trip up to the Isle of Man on the weekend of 2nd April with some Audi TT people, to include the track there as well as the TT 'circuit' itself.
