Don't worry about it, it's still well within range and the digital readout can change due to changes in resistance in the electrical system (it often increases when you turn your lights on, for example).
If the gauge was analogue not digital you probably wouldn't even notice the change!

all normal - for a std S2 it was around 88-105 deg depending on whether cruising on motorway or sat in city traffic
std S1 was about 84-100deg IIRC
The Coolant boils at 120deg - start worrying if it gets to 110+ and even with the fan on it isnt coming down - time to switch off the engine and investigate.
I think in the S2 manual it says not to worry until it gets to 115 deg and flashes at you !
A lot of the problem is the digital readout fluctuating ...and the paranoia of head gasket failure...if the dial was analogue with 3 markings at 30/80/120 (like a lot of dials)you wouldnt even notice the 5deg fluctuation
