I have to drive over 7 of those stupid square speed humps every day on my way to and from work. I can't drive with these between the wheels like most other cars as the car's too low so I currently drive with th 2 offside wheels over the bump and the 2 nearside on the road. Without sounding anally worried* will this knock out the geo quicker than varying which wheels I ride over the bumps with?

To clarify I'm not worried about my anus, just worrying about sounding anal...

Perhaps sir would like to talk to a proctologist.

Frankly as long as you aren't going stupid fast it should be just fine. I just reconcile myself to having it sorted every year. Also getting the wheels perfectly balanced is important, but I've had so much trouble with it I'm almost giving up these days =/

Personally I use the pavment as it generally has a better surface than the road - some of the pot holes in Manchester have deep sea life forms never seen my man.

I drive straight over the square speed bumps without a problem - even with a 100/110 ride height.

The maximum height the speed bumps are allowed to be is 80mm so there's plenty of room...

good advice, might try that the potholes in london are just as bad. I've had some first time passengers S**t themselves when I hit them as the elise sounds like it's falling apart!!
