Private Purchase - Getting Pro Check Done

Can anyone recommend a specialist in Kent/East Sussex who would be able to check out any potential purchase?

Having read through here I know the AA/RAC won't pick up on the things which a specialist would so if I don't go for a dealer car I'd like to get a pro to check any potential buy over.

Lakeside or Sinclairs or Steve Williams Lotus all specialists with excellent reputations - give them a call and see what they can do.

OK, I need to drag this one back up there as I've now had an offer accepted and I need a check done to make sure the car's OK.

Sinclaires sounds good but you have to get it to them to check it which is going to be a PITA.

Anyone got any experience with Fibreglass Services in Arundel (this is where it had its last service done) as they are the nearest I think.

Either that or anyone in Kent or Sussex that could do the check?

I use Fibreglass Services for my car and they're excellent - Miles is a real Lotus nut - he owns six I think!!

I used a guy called Rob Ingleby for an inspection - he is mobile so he can visit the car for you and will give a report. He specialises in TVRs but Adrian Blyth recommended him to me. His no is 07799142860.

Lakeside Engineering are a bit closer to you than Sinclaires. They are highly praised specialists and based in Surry.
