Great customer service from Hofmanns of Henley

Towards the latter half of last year, I took my car to Hofmanns to have the existing Honda SC'ed setup upgraded to Chargecooled. A few problems materialised afterwards, notably the SC shaft sheared & recently the engine management light came on. There was also a minor oil leak that I wasn't overly happy about.

During all these minor woes, it has to be said that both Duncan & Chris have always provided excellent customer support and product backup. Nothing has been too much trouble to sort out, and with respect to the oil leak & engine management light, Chris drove down today from Henley to Southampton, dropped the undertray and had a good rummage around - found the source of the oil leak and has hopefully cured it

The engine managment light looks to be down to the Lambda sensor & Chris said he's popping one in the post.

In this fast paced throw away world, it's great to know that good old customer service is not completely dead.

They are very helpful, had my VX220 timing chain done at Hoffmans a good comprehensive job done. thumbup
