My friend swapped his std S2 for one and got enough cash too to buy a few year old Vectra for a daily drive...so it can be done

try the 340R forums - you may get an owner there who fancies a change or the 340R bit on the British cars BBS

Unfortunately, I'd have said that to p/x an S1 against a 340, you would need around £ 5-10k depending on the 340r of course.

Best sell privately then start the search for the 340r...bearing in mind there's only around 100 on uk roads
