Rear undertray

I cant get the rear undertray off. The bolts loosen to an extent but since they are connected to free bolts on the inside, how do i get these of fully?

They shouldnt be connected to free bolts. The 4 big ones are connected to captive welded nuts and the others into C-Clips. Both can come adrift - sounds like you have shagged C clips or at worst a loose captive nut.
