need help with tyre PSI

Hi Guys,

I have Yokohama Advan Neova tyres on my elise, 225 on the backand 195 on the front.
What PSI should these be at please?
I have just got the car second hand, and am not too sure!

Lotus recommend 1.6 bar front 1.9 bar rear, it's what I run mine at.
