Exactly that! Mine and another local Elise suffered from these symptoms and in both cases there was a deposit of rain water cocking up the contact of one of the plugs.Good luck!
problem started 2 months ago....was under warranty at Stratton Motor Company Norfolk.....they replaced one coil.....2 months later it's reared it's ugly head again! Thanks for info....thanks to your responses I will sound like I know what I am talking about when I go there next week :-)
