is it possible to fit aircon to a S1 elise?

I know the S2 111S can have aircon and the S1 Exige had air con, but an S1 elise is more in my price range.

I live in Japan which gets damn hot in the summer and aircon is a must for summer use of any car, even something without a roof

There were a few S1s made with aircon - it didnt work very well apparently. The S2 version is much better. I dont know of anyway of fitting it aftermarket though. Youd be better off trying to find a car with it ..or save up for an S2
