Missing Parts - Advice Please

I had some work done on my car recently and the workshop informed me that the centre under tray on my elise was missing!! It couldn't have fallen off so the only explaination is that my dealer (HR Owen) forgot to put it back on after some work that they did a few months back. The problem is that the dealership has been taken over by another company and any calls relating to that dealership is being fielded by their sister dealership in London. They are so far failing to return my calls and I'm concerned that this could get messy. Any advice on this from people that have had similar problems or otherwise would be greatly appreciated. I'd like to know what my options are if this reaches a dead end with the London dealer. If it makes any difference, my car is still under warranty.

Blimey! You can completey ignore my original post because I received a call from the London dealer within minutes of posting it. They have accepted full responsibility and will try and locate the tray. Failing that they'll order me a new one. Obviously I'm a bit miffed that it's missing in the first place but 10 out of 10 to HR Owen for sorting it out. Lovely jubbly!
