Hi,
I'd like to know if I will fit in this model? I'm 6'6" tall and weigh 250lbs. I can fit nicely in my Toyota MKll MR2.
Thanks

I'm 6'3" and fit with room to spare in S1 elise. I road-tested an S2 and found much less headroom. The (Sports Tourer) seats are much more padded and the roof is lower.

Anyway - you will want to drive one (and be smitten) first, won't you?

Is it easy to get into the Elise with the top on?

My friend is 6'5" and about the same weight as you. He had real problems driving my 111s. His knee was positioned right over the gearstick so that it missed the steering wheel. He also couldn't get out of the car with the roof on!

I dare say a bit of practice (or a diet) would improve the exit situation but not the gear lever access.

I'd imagine the two biggest problems would be getting in (you'll need to be limber) and clearance on the steering wheel if you've got big legs. Fitting a removable steering wheel would probably help both issues since it brings the wheel forward when it's attached.
