Noticed this morning a wheezing noise under acceleration between about 2 and 2.5k rpm. Always seems to happen precisely between these rpms in every gear but not in neutral. I've not noticed this before.

I have a K&N with home made induction dox, Brook Kensington exhaust and CRP. It was raining this morning...
Any clever pointers before I start tugging at every pipe I can see?

I'd leave you pipes alone for now

Sound like a bit of water somewhere in one of the trunking joints for the K&N that is leaking but makes no noise in the dry, or it could be a leaf or similar got trapped and vibrating in the air flow.

Yeap fair point Cuz, but would it really be *hat* accurate every time (exact same rev range) if it was a leaf or summit and wouldn't it also do it in neutral?
