Are they any good basically?

no personal dealings, but heard nothing but good things!

Bought my Elise second hand from them in April.

No compliants about buying from them apart form the pre-delivery valet was not as good as I wanted but maybe I was expecting too much.

Service has been excellent so far in terms of
a) getting a recall check sorted the next day and doing it while I waited, and
b) getting the door striker pins through as a warranty claim even though the car is well outside the official 12 months warranty.

So overall I am very happy with their service.

Does anyone know if their servicing department is any good?
Because I live in Wimbledon and will need to find a trustworthy fellow to work on the car who is fairly local.

I bought my car from B&C in May. It was pleasant to deal with salespersons who are automotive and motorsport enthusiasts. Scott Walker patiently dealt with my questions, and it seems like he let me test drive every model and every type of sports exhaust in stock.

Chris Monk (sp?) in the service department has been very helpful. He has sorted out several problems for me on short notice, and fixed some things the service department identified at the same time.

Top marks all around from me.

I bought my S1 from them over 3 years ago and always found them very helpful. I haven't dealt with them since Mike from the service dept left though. He was a top chap. Right now I'm using Lakeside...one junction less on the M25 and a little less on the credit card!

My experiences were not so good and I now use an independent called Sportomotive in Salisbury (used to be Haydons)(This was 3 years ago though so things may have improved, but I can't see them being any cheaper!). They are cheaper, friendlier, provide an excellent service and return your calls! If you want more info please email me.
