just booked my 111s in for a service/geo setup

hi all,
i just got of the phone to kelvedon lotus in spalding after booking a service and geo setup, it is due a b service but i wanted the cambelt doing as well (only got the car at the w/e) so didn't fancy the belt going on me! was told the that it would probably be more adviseable to book a c service rather than having a b service and the cambelt changed because then they would go through the car and give it a good checking over, i have also booked it in for a geo setup, when i inquired as to how much this would cost i was told it could take anywhere up to 10 hours at £40 quid an hour! hope its worth it!!!

so that the cars xmas pressie taken care of!

Geo shouldn't take that long. It normally costs 100-140 quid including sorting it. It can take a bit longer if they have to adjust castor (maybe 2 more hours labor tops), but anything more smacks of incompetence!

If you're only in Kelvedon you should try the boys at Sinclaires of London [Harrold wood near Romford], they have a fixed price for there c Service [around 580 quid?]. They give the car a fantastic clean as well, I didn't recognise mine when I went to pick it up!!!
