Hello All.
Can anybody tell me the name of the company (or link) for the 20V Audi/VW/Seat Engine conversion?
I would be interested to talk to them as I also had similar thoughts.
I have allot of experience of this engine and have one sitting in the garage. Although this engine has been fitted with 6 speed gearbox and G60 supercharger.
The supercharger runs a reliable 1bar and gives just over 300bhp with massive torque. The supercharger also suits a lighter car better as it has a flatter torque
curve. No surprises when a turbo lights up rear wheels and spins car! It also generates allot less heat than a Turbo (although more than K series) and is more
compact. I have run this engine before in a car weighing about 1000Kg and performance well, was adequate! It is very compact and looks like it can fit with
relative ease. Costs to upgrade K series are astronomical!
A similar spec engine should cost much less than £5000.
I should be able to keep existing engine and replace with K series when I sell car.
Something I couldn't do with a TT conversation?
Hmmmm.........

its not a company but a person who has done it on their own car - Bernard Scouse (who works with Dave Andrews of www.dvapower.com) and also developed an airbox for DTHTBS. If you have a look here theres a link for his e-mail and website. Hes very friendly/helpful and has done some work for me in the past.

That would be Bernard Scouse you're looking for. His website is http://members.aol.com/Elisedrive/ but you won't find any info on his conversion there. But his contact details are listed.
