Sorry to ask a daft question especially as i should really know the answer but....

My car was serviced at 19920 miles on the 15/7/08, when will the next one be due and what service will it be??

if its a Rover engined car, you have A, B and C services every 9k miles or 1 year in order AABAACAABAAC

so you are due a B service within a year or another 9000 miles

Thats a result then i thought it was due early in the new year for some strange reason.

By the way its an 06 Exige.

its different for Toyota cars - havnt got a clue to be honest whether its every 9, 10 or 12K miles etc

to be honest i think whatever the mileage interval will be it will be 12 months for me anyway with the amount of miles that i do. Dont think i will have done 9k by the time July comes around, only done 1k so far in 3 months.

The clue is probably in the owners manual and service record book

9k miles and ist not AABAACAABAAC iirc there are two services but they are not all that different

Err... actually it is still AABAAC.

B includes:

Check Transmission Oil
Renew Air Filter

C includes:

Renew Transmission Oil
Renew Spark Plugs

With intervals of 9k miles or 12 months - unless the special conditions apply, which sounds like they don't.

It's all in the Maintenance Record book you should have
