Broken heater.

After a week I have the nose off, everything was impossible. I had removed it to replace the rad and fan. But after closer inspection the heater has fallen apart, the easiest option is to take it out and replace? Anyone know how easy this is and how much a new exchange and fan is?


Also now that I have the nose off is there anything else to look at change upgrade, I intend to upgrade the engine at a later stage.
