Tuning of VVC Engine

Hello All.

Has anybody had any experience with tuning the VVC engine?
I know that there are a few links on the WWW - but they don't describe how the car drives after head porting&flowing and throttle bodies etc?
Thinking off TB's as they can be sold anytime.
Also interested in ported head - not so easy to sell once on the car!
