Replacement Head K Series ????

Does anyone know of a replacement head for the K16 engine. Thought someone may have made/modified/cast a new style head to allow for easier mods, like valves large than 31 mm !, easier flowing inlet/outlet ports ?

I know this is a complicated casting but has anyone tried ? in the search for cheaper ways of getting more hp's............
