Head Light Covers & ECU

Anyone got a source for cheap head light covers 97' LE (cheaper than 88 quid !), and any experiance with them as far as fogging up and filling up with water and the solutions. Roads in NZ have a few more hazards which get things broken easily, avoiding stick on films as i have seen bad results. Also spot light covers.
Also anyone got a second hand Emerald ECU they would like to sell ?? (Long shot I know !!)
