I was having a read through the various sites, it seems lots of people are comparing the new kit car to the elise...Any thoughts?

I have to say I like the scissor doors though (No more parking at sainsburies and realising there's not enough room to get out)!!

I must say I like it quite a bit, but I'm missing some important bits for 'day to day' use. (as a second/third car or track toy it looks fine)

It seems to be a little less 'friendly' for daily use. Very little storage space (a bit like the current MR2 Spyder.. very little too) and very simple weather protection.

As an only car it seems a bit difficult. Would be more comparable to the 340R in that respect.

Another thing I have to wonder about is the amount of side-impact protection in the Attack.

Seems a lot like most Seven clones (caterham, westfield, etc.) in that respect.

Does not look very substantial compared to the Elise where you have the chassis beam next to you and a second aluminium beam inside the door.

Still.. It seems like a very nice kit car that (for a change) doesn't base itself on a Seven design, but tries to be a little more creative. Much respect to the guys who are doing this..

Bye, Arno.

I'm a big fan of the design too, doesn't look like it's been bodged from other car bits as some kits do and will certainly be a head turner.

Couldn't get it out from my house tho as I'm sure that splitter won't get over a speed bump

Well done to whoever came up with it though!!
