I'm looking to do the following to my new baby when I pick her up next weekend:

Chrome Heater Controls - Eliseparts.com

Chrome Switch Surrounds - Eliseparts.com

Clear Front Indicators - where can i buy these the ones next to the headlights on the front end and is it an easy job to fit them?

Chrome Gearleaver Gate - where can i buy one and is it an easy job?

Any other mods you guys think are essential to brighten up the interior or exterior, I'm also go to remove and respray the grilles are these are shwoing the typical signs of rust etc. and will do the screws and tow eye while I'm at it...I want my new toy to look good!

All advice welcomed!

We do both the other parts too,the gear gate is in a brushed/grained stainless steel similar to the OE but alot cheaper and a little easier to install (£19.95).
We have done this for 2 reasons 1/. Polished aluminium reflects sunlight more and can dazzle
2/.Stainless does not tarnish so easily.
The front clear indicators are £21.95 (we are down to our last 10 off these).

Thanks geary, any chance of a pic of the gearlever gate? Does it have the gear markings on it and the reverse marked in red?

Btw, Moresauce. Where is your "secret bunker"? Saw the first silver liz I've seen in Colchester for a while parked outside Blockbuster on Friday. Wasn't you by any chance (total long shot!!) was it?

Moresauce well doen and welcome to the club

I hiope you have as much fun as I've had in the last 7 weeks. I have never regretted my decision for a minute and hope you never have cause to either.

Sun's out, top's down and even the M25 this morning couldn't dampen my spirits.

Nice one...I'm sure you're lovin' it already...

CVP - know what you mean r.e. M25! I got stuck in the middle of the old Severn Bridge last week, for 40 minutes - because of an accident. Roof off, sun out, great view over the estuary - if I'd been in any other car I'd have been well hacked off, but it was actually quite pleasant - even being stationary is fun (well kinda).

Well done. Glad you will have it in time for the summer. Enjoy and take it a bit easy until you get used to it.

I also have an 'S' reg S1 but in Azure Blue.

I am having Geary's gear linkage upgrade done later this week and have heard very good reports on it.

Let us know how you get on when you pick up the car.

good work fella.

note that the tow-eye replacement is a clam-off job.

and also note that filling the car with aly tat severely impacts the power to weight ratio !

You have exquisite taste!

So are you going to build a circuit outside the bunker a la Top Gear? If so when are you having a PH track day?
