are those arches a hell-of-alot wider than the s1 exige or is it just me?

Me thinks not....this is an old pic now. Was'nt that a custom built car for a client? There's no way they'd use those wheels on the Exige.

Yeah nice piccy though, apparently the Exige S2 is due for release at the end the year! it would be nice if it did look like this.

Not *those* ancient images again!

These are about 1 to 1 1/2 year old and were illegally made during an open day at the Lotus factory.

Lotus explained that this was/is a special project for a single customer. The picture was taken in the Motorsport building (not the factory/design building) who do such work for people on a case-by-case basis.

If you bring enough $$$$ they will be happy to build you anything you want.


Apparently the customer was *very* pissed off though, and so was Lotus who banned all visits for a while.
