is there something wrong with my Elise or do they all do this???

I find that going much past 95mph (on a test track of course) is seriously hairy.
The car gets just that bit too nervous for comfort, picks up ruts in the road a lot more than at, say 70 mph, and is generally not confidence inspiring.

the upside of this is that I'm less likely to go fast and accrue penalty points, but I can't help feeling that something's not quite right. Could it be wheel alignment?

mine is fine up to the limiter in 5th

I would get a full geo check done, check tyres/pressures too

I need the geo on mine, does feel a bit jittery on the motorway. Then again I've been faster on track and it felt fine...
