Elise rental in Europe?

I'm planning a weeklong tour on the continent- mainly Alpine- but would also like to take an Elise on the Nurburgring course (only 15 Euros/lap!). I've heard that Turtle rental does rent Elises, but specifically makes you sign a waiver stating no 'Ring, race courses, etc.- Anyone know of an Elise rental co. WITHOUT these restrictions? I could rent from French, Belgian, German or Swiss departure points.
