Has anybody heard of this company offering European driving holidays for sportscar owners. I mailed their MD, Nick, who phoned me back. We had a half hour conversation about their tours including a French track day tour in September. He really knows his stuff and has personally researched all the routes and hotels. Check him out at I am really tempted because I have done all the UK circuits now but want to know if anybody else has used them?

I initially had a lengthy conversation with Nick myself and I was impressed by his knowledge and his committment to his customers. I have met him in the meantime and I will place a booking with them in the near future. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Having used other UK firms offering tailored European driving holiday - I have in most cases been very disappointed. Nick's product is definitely at the top end of the market, whilst not too damaging to the finances in comparison to his competitors. I am signed up to the forthcoming summer trip and am really looking forward to it. The client service model was excellent and I was immediately filled with a positive vibe within 5 mins of chatting to Nick. I have a good feeling about this and post package, I’ll provide an update. It’s just a shame that the MD drives a Ferrari / Massaraeti – I guess someone has to!!!!

Is it just me or does anyone else think this thread just seems like a cheap plug for 'Nick' and his foreign tours?

One would hope we are witnessing the power of word of mouth advertising and not a superbly masterminded guerrilla marketing campaign.

If its the former then old Nick seems to be offering a diamond service that meets the need of the first poster and will appeal to alot of other fellow phers.

If its the latter then its a blinder and all credit to Nick and his marketing boys. If this is the case then it will be slipped in every BB this side of china. Shame they have only picked up two plugs though....

Davey "Sherlock Holmes" Boy, you might be onto something, they are all new members without profiles.

Elementary my dear abz, elementary.

Olivers plug sounded like someone singing the praises of those finance companies who advertise on SKY all day
"they were very polite and turned all of my debts into one single manageable payment of £6,000 a month. I would recommend them to anyone!"

Anyway I havent takem my car to any uk tracks yet so have no interest at looking at the link.

Antor: I've binned the URL in your post because this looks like the least subtle advertising I've seen since Courts held their biggest ever sofa sale last bank holiday and knocked down prices to crrrrrazy levels.

If I and my sleuth sidekick Davey Boy are wrong, and Antor, Olli and "pumper" are genuine people who registered today and really are happy customers of Nicks, then I apologise and I will eat Nick's Hat.
Meanwhile, the rest of the posts can stay for everyone's amusement and I'm sure anyone who is interested in a European track day will ba able to email Antor for further details...
and a sales brochure.

MD of Dettaglio here. I was alerted to the posting by antor who I have in fact spoken to about our tours and came to have a look at his posting yesterday. Hence no profile for me. As far as I am aware these posts were genuine - I have had a load of enquiries recently. Any case I don't want to piss anyone off so as an olive branch I will offer a discount to phers who come on our tours.

Are you sure? Only if you agree to post a photo of you actually eating the largest hat I can find to be shipped to you.
