now this is really depressing....

WTF did they make the Elise paint out of?
Tippex?
durable it is not.

Now that I've started to use the car in the motorway a couple of times per week I can see the stone chips multiplying.

How much is Armourfend for the front, and is it any good?

armorfend is great, but it sounds like its too late for your car now. It costs between 500-1000 quid though depending on who its by and how much you get.

Paint on fibreglass cars has to be quite soft as it needs to be more elastic due to the flex of the shell. Makes it prone to chipping, and the Elise is pretty low too.

I'll be armorfending all my cars in future, I have it on my S2 and its great imho. Persuaded my friend to put it on his noble too, and he's pleased.
