Help Wanted with rear light layout

I have an Esprit (Yes I know this is Elise country) but have just upgraded the rear pannel to use the round lights of the 2002MY Esprit and Elise. However I have a small problem on the lights themselves.

What is the light layout I thinks its (from number plate out)

Reflector ? (Has nowhere to put a bulb)
Reversing
Tail light
Tail light and Brake (Three wire and dual filament)
Indicator
Fog ?

On the S2 it's like this:

nothing, reverse light, foglight (or inverted.. not sure)

rear light, indicator, rear light + brake

Originally Lotus had intended for all lights to be normal rear lights too (so lighting up all 'circles'), but it fell foul of some EC light regulations.
