Just managed to take a chunk out of the bodywork to the left of the front numberplate while reversing up a steep driveway... Anyone know how much this is likely to cost to get fixed? There's actually a small piece come off, so just painting over the damage isn't really an option...

Please don't tell me this means a whole new front clamshell!!!

Anybody know a good bodyshop in the Bristol area that can deal with this kind of thing?

Don't worry, you won't need a new clam. A good bodyshop will have no problem at all fixing it up so that the damage is impossible to detect even if you know where it is - at least that's what a Lotus dealer managed to achieve on a friend's S2.

Cheers for that - I ended up using Gradons in the end, as it was booked in there anyway for some warranty work through the local Lotus dealership...

They did a good job but it cost me £200
