Just got a silly quote from current insurers! Other than footman james any suggestions folks?
Quote was 1200 as against 400 for my TVR 400SE i'm 40 with full no clains and no acc/convic's ruralish area car garaged

Ideas on how much ishould pay

Hello I pay £500 f/comp for my S1. Includes wife as named driver, 90 day foreign travel, windscreen cover etc.
I am 40, have full no claims and car is garaged. I t is with Fortis which I get via Direct-choice

Adrian Flux, Elephant, Tesco. Are the cheapest I found. Tesco quoted me that on an S1, and I'm 21, full NCB, but the car kept on street in the city. So you can definitely do better than that. Footman James quoted me £3500!!!

Elephant for me. Only one years' no claims as I'm an ex-co car driver and this is a second car, but they came in at £700ish parked on the street and over 30 years old.

You should be able to do a better deal if your postcode is not too bad.

Thanks folks best quotes so far direct line 395 with tracker fitted Adrian Flux 401 no tracker, Footman James 650, all other tried 700+
