Are there any aftermarket exhaust system that will make a Lotus 340R sound like a Formula One race car (Mercedes Mclaren M4-16)?

I have seen motorcycles can rev up to 18,000 and 19,000 rpm but they sound nothing like a modern day formula 1 car. Is it because the engine displacement isn't as great as a formula 1? Say we swap out the 340R's inline 4 and drop a Suzuki GSXR1000 engine in there with a turbo charger. And specially made exhaust system similar to a F1 and swap the 340R's stock exhaust. Would that create similar modern day F1 sound?

Alright, here's the deal. No motorcycles can hit 19K RPM. The top is about 14,000 or 15,000 (give or take a couple hundred). And there are a good number of reasons that they can't sound like that, other than revs. As i was discussing with F1KID earlier, the exhaust system on those is essentially headers, very long headers. There is no muffler mandated nor is there a catalytic converter necessary. Those would dampen the noise of an engine. Also, there is no sound damping on an f1 car, whatsoever. I was just at the US Grand Prix, and the casing over the engines is as thin and light as they can make it. I know that cars and motorcycles all have to meet sound requirements. And, the number of cylinders is rather different. F1 cars have V10s, whereas the K-series is a 4-cylinder, and motorcycles can have 1, 2 or 3 cylinders, typically. And, probably the biggest reason why you can't achieve F1 sound is the fuel. The octane levels in F1 cars are ridiculously high, high enough so that the explosion has very different characteristics than that of any regular car.
