Being one of those Americans interested in putting a Honda engine in my Elise, is there any market for a lightly-used Rover engine/tranny in Europe? If so, what would be a normal price?

Hmm eliseparts has a 3k engine for 795 quid. Gearbox I dunno about. You could try selling it to eliseparts as they sell this stuff second hand. Shipping might be a problem...
