Hello again,

Has anyone used these pads? Pagid's look good but they seem to be very expensive. So are they worth the extra dollar? or EBC's just as good

Depends on how hard you push them.

On track, the EBCs have a reputation for turning to dust very quickly. I run Pagid RS42s which are supposed to be ideal for fast road and light track use. Pagid RS14s are for hard track use.

Agree get the Pagids, feel less vague than the EBC greens I had on until recently.

Cheers guys - if they bite more than the standard pads it looks like more lock ups in the wet but then again, them odd dry days

How do the Pagid RS42s, EBCs compare to the standard S2 pads for a) peddle pressure required, b) initial bite, c)warm up required before fully effective? The car is used for 95%/5% road/track use.

Can anybody recommend a cheap source for Pagid RS42s and EBCs

Thanks

I can't provide comparisions to the S2, but Pagids are ready to go, straight from cold, no problem.

get them from Geary at www.eliseparts.com
