BOGIE: It's all very well describing it as "the handbrake sleeve of shame" but allowing that abomination to stay in your car is, frankly, distasteful in the extreme.

i will explain:

The HBSOS is very famous amongst the Kent & Essex chapters of the Lotus club (now www.seloc.org) its traditionally awarded to members who spin their car on the track (or worse - on the road) It gets awarded to a particular member and tehy cannot remove it until its awarded to someone else. I got given it at the Xmas party for the pimp style interior and stereo installation !

Anyway - Im off to Brands on Monday for the SELOC trackday....1st person that spins...or if theres more than one, the most dramatic will be awarded the HBSOS ;-)

Bogie's due to get an ear trumpet of shame next when he loses all ability to hear anyone not shouting

Remember Bogie, 120 db isn't good for you even if you need it to hear the music above your exhaust!

yes LOL ;-) ...dont have it that loud all the time ...limit myself to 2 hours a day at 100dB or less !

You will be pleased to hear that SELOC member 'Moose' has today been awarded the HBSOS ;-) ...after performing a full 180 through Clearways at Brands !

...shame...I was quite getting used to it....
