Hi - I've just put down a deposit on a new S2 111S which I'll pick up early next year. Can anybody recommend anywhere in the NW (UK) specialising in tuition for this type of car? I have IAM, but was looking for something involving racing techniques etc rather than just observation etc.

Thanks...

Bonce

Speak to Andrew of 1st Lotus (www.1stlotus.com). He does absolutely fantastic training on part of North Weald airfield in Essex. You'll thoroughly enjoy it and learn a lot.

Airfield/Track training gives you very good experience and a very thorough understanding of how the car works, that in combination with your IAM skills are a good, balanced skillset to have.

I have done a 10 hour road day with Andrew, an Airfield day plus numerous track days, I also have my IAM training to keep me sane, IMHO it makes for a more understanding and sensible driver . . .
