HAS ANY BODY HAD PAINT BUBBLING PROBLEMS WITH THERE ELISE S1 IF SO WHOT SORT. I HAVE CONTACTED LOTUS UK ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT MY 2000 CAR IS OUT OF WARRANTY.CAN SOME ONE GIVE ADVICE AS TO WHOT ACTION TO TAKE NEXT.THANKS

Paint bubbling is quite a common problem but it usually gets fixed while the car is still under warranty. Did the problem just develop or has it always been there? I'm afraid the only thing you can do is pay to get it fixed yourself. However I doubt it's bad enough for anyone else to notice, so why not forget about about and just enjoy the car?

By the way, could you turn your caps lock off please mate, it looks like you're shouting and I had a late night.

Hi the paint bubbling has just developed on the d/s door top and the left side of the hard top but has not yet cracked do you know if it will? Cars going into lotus to have the problem looked at, and no i can't just live with it on a car which i piad £20.000 for NOT good enough mate.Also my p zeros need changing can you tell me whot make of tyre to go for and the size of tyre that i need will it make a difrence if the tyre size is wider. Also whots the BEST air filter to go for and whot difrence in power does it give. Thanks mate
