The guy who sold me my elise had just fitted driving lights but he didn't wire them up. Can anyone tell me (in laymans terms) where and how I need to wire them up please. I'm a real dummy with wiring!!

Mac

Ah good point as I have noticed the driving light wires have plugs on, but where will I locate the plugs I need to plug in to?

they should be tied up somewhere safely under the front clam - dunno the exact position, but all cars are pre-wired from the factory IIRC

Brilliant thankyou!

So... How do I get to look at this under the front clam. Can I access it through the the front gille if I take that off?, do I actually have to remove the front clam? or do I take the inner wing out to access that area....Or is there another way to access the wiring to find the plug?

Thanks.

probably easier to give Sinclaires a call - www.sinclairebodyshop.co.uk and they will tell you as they do this kind of thing all the time....I know the wires are there, but Ive never had to do it so cant tell you where to find them !

Thanks Bogie,

Given them a ring...very nice chap told me its quite easy to find but you have to remove the wheel liner to get access to the loom and just look for the plug.

Sounds straight forward. I'll have a look at the weekend.

Thanks for your response.

Mac
