Position of rear tow eye S1 Elise

Got a track day booked at Bedford soon and I want to install a rear tow eye purchased from Elise parts. It's a simple looking thing but I could do with some advice re its installation please.

Is the rear subframe pre drilled to accept the eye or do you have to drill it yourself? If it's the latter how do you go about deciding where to position it?

I've asked this question on a similar thread in readers cars but it's an old thread so it may not get a reply hence my repeating it here. Any pics or drawing regarding the best position would be very welcome. Thank you.

No idea, but I'd ask on SELOC if I was you. There's not much that hasn't been covered on there before.

There are already bolts through the undertray, just use one of them, if you get the car up on a ramp it is simple and obvious.
