yep - I had one...awesome quality (on a par with a £1000 Tubi) ..but VERY loud - like 120dB ...will give you a headache on road and you wont get on any trackdays

ask them about their road version - great service and delivery from them too......

do they do only a cat? I have a larini back box and umming and urring about something a little more.

Love the noise of the larini, and wondered about a cat, but the larini one's £400(ish) !!!

I had a look and they have nothing at the moment, but wondered if you guys had ever seen a sports cat from them?

They say they've cooled it down to 98dbs now, 110 is what it was - that's properly loud. do you need to put in one of those MIL eliminator things for a sports exhaust, or only if you bypass the cat?

if its the same design with the 2 small baked bean can silencers then theres no way its 98dB - they must be on about their other design (have a look on their webshop) ...I tested mine (their 'Race' version) with a noise meter - 98dB at TICKOVER and 120dB when I blipped the throttle ...it sounded like a WWII biplane...and was great fun.....for about 10mins ! ...it was so loud that I dare not drive the car for the weeks it was fitted.

...get the other version, if you fancy something a little different to the normal ones available in the UK

dont think they do a cat - if you want a cat try Janspeed...and get a flexi sports cat - about £275 IIRC so you have the flexibility to fit a solid 4-2-1 at a later date

ahhhh - just looked at the pic...see theyve added 2 additional baked bean cans on the rear....cool....still if they reckon theyve gone from 110 to 98dB then I reckon 120dB down to 110dB ...mind you I measured mine at 120dB with a CRP on, then I tried it with the sports cat fitted...it was a bit quieter but not much.

I have one on my charriot, bloody brillo totally transformed car. Had it on for about a year and hearing still works perfectly (selective at times!!)

Even on long motorway blast is bearable, just!

Had no problem getting on track at Snetterton.

Also got pulled by plod today for undersized number plate. Complimented me on the noise of the zaust!! Mind you drove off gently!

Anyone got the quieter one? I'm tempted by the new 98db one, but don't actually trust it will be 98db!
I'd like to know how the quieter one sounds in comparison to a Janspeed or Larini. Incidentally, how much is a Larini for an S2 111S?

Cool! When are you going to do it? I haven't even picked my Elise up yet (tomorrow!) and will need to get my finances back on track before I buy something. Make sure you let me know how it sounds...

just heard from seller...
"We will begin the production of the exhaust today and it will take 7-10 days for production and inspection time since the exhaust is handcrafted!"

So should be fixed when the car goes in for the bodywork repairs tht resulted from a rather unfortunate road rage incident at the end of last month!

Can't wait, even got a 5% discount for payment method. My neighbours will hate me, its already loud with the Janspeed, induction kit and CRP!!!

Cant come soon enough - blown exhaust sounds nasty!

I've got the Race exhaust fitted but have also done a little something interesting to it that you may like the sound of.
Hope to hear from you.
