Hi everyone,
A lady friend of the family has a 2010 Elise CR (series 2) which they’ve owned from new with a full lotus service history and around 67k miles on the clock.
They’ve been to look at a mini as they would like a more practical car and I believe the dealer has offered them between £21-£22k as a part exchange.
I’ve tried to do some research into values but can’t find any comparables.
I really like the car, the history etc but not sure what to offer?
I’d love to be able to buy the car and if need be not lose lots of money if I had to sell it.
Seems a shame for it to go off to auction from the mini dealer.
Any help or advice would be warmly welcomed!

Surely there are a couple for sale in AT and at the usual appreciate to give you an idea? Looks like between 22 and 26 to me.

If your want downside protection look at WBAC which is probably what the dealer did. Offer 24. More than the pex deal.

None on the auto trader and we buy any car saying £10k which doesn’t seem right.

Pop this question on SELOC (there’s a specific page “what’s my car worth”) not least because John Seal and Will Blackham are active members and between them buy / sell many cars so are possibly in the best position to give you a realistic view
