Gear stick and hand brake shroud

Does any one know of a good replacement for the plastic cover that encases the handbrake and gear stick on an s2.
Mine is a bit tatty and letting the interor down a tad.

just get it trimmed in leather or alcantara - have a look at the trim options on www.hangar111.com

The plastic transmission console annoyed me, as I thought it cheapened the interior, so I ordered a new transmission tunnel from lotus and had their trim shop cover it with alcantara to match the dashboard top. Much better!



It cost about £150, but that included a new tunnel as well as the trimming. Was fitted in next to no time by the dealer when the car was in for a pre-trackday checkup.

Actually, another thing I just thought of - on the American "EliseTalk" forum, a few people posted pics of their centre consoled which they have had rubbed down to remove the texture, then been sprayed body colour. Looked quite good - check it out here...

Looks good trimmed up. Really improves a poor quality part.
