Some advice about manifolds

Hi Gus
Would like to get Some advice about manifolds I have an S2 02
Elise with the plastic manifold and looking at changing to the Alloy one is it worth it I already have some mods done already
Janspeed exhaust system
Janspeed extractors 4-2-1
160 throttle body and cold air
Coll packs
Cat delete
Suspension is fully modified now anything and everything has been done
I will be doing cams ECU and Porting the head Over the next year or two but just wondering since I have the alloy Manifold already is it worth swapping it

Not worth doing until you get the head done to match, and tbh it will run all lumpy and badly on over run with it on.

For the extra bhp it’s not imo worth it. I have one, car is not as straightforward as it was.

Power = great though.
